Increasing specialization, constant technological innovation, and evolving safety and enforcement regulations affecting the lift sector have led to the definition of a training program for all SICOR partners.
The project is called SICOR ACADEMY and provides courses in two areas:
TRAINING FOR THE SALES FORCE
TRAINING FOR TECHNICAL SALES STAFF
Dedicated to technical sales staff. The course focuses mainly on the use of the technical product configurator, which will enable customers to identify the most suitable machine for use in the specific application, whether it is a new installation or a modernization, starting from the system characteristics.
SICOR ACADEMY - REGISTRATION OPEN
Training is available either online via registration or in-house according to a schedule defined in accordance with customer requirements. The programs are constantly updated according to new products and the types of support available including web configurator, download area and Sicor Support App.
